My sculptures rarely just happen. More often than not, I’m working closely with a municipality, individual, or business to create a dynamic visual statement. This process starts with you. Before I begin, I want to know your story. What’s important to you, your community? What are you proud of? What’s your history? What do you aspire to? The answers drive my process.
That process has a physical manifestation. Rendering software is incredibly efficient, but it can only convey so much. And I’m not a big fan of screen time. But I am a big fan of scale models. Building a scale model allows us to have a shared conversation, and it allows you to clearly see what I’m thinking.
